At least the Cartel or ISIS wasn't what decapitated him. It's not the bike thank killed him, it was his irresponsible riding. ride bikes sensibly.  |

Not the first person to have been “cleanly” decapitated during a vehicle accident. There are a handful cases of them you can find here.
