Motocross Rider Dies After Fall During a Jump
A motocross rider died on Sunday (7) after suffering an accident during a competition held in the city of São Pedro, about 63 kilometers from Natal. E. H., 26, took a fall during a jump but did not resist and died in the ambulance on the way to the hospital.  |

My bet would be a closed head injury. He struck the ground hard with the side of his head, this can result in tearing of intracranial blood vessels from shearing forces. If you hit hard enough a helmet isn’t always going to save you.
