A woman died after being run over by a truck while taking her son to school in the city of Feira de Santana.

According to information from the Civil Police, the victim was identified as Nicélia d.S. - in the footage, it is possible to see that she is on a bicycle and carrying her son on the back.

She enters the street seconds before the passage of a red truck, which hits her head-on. Nicélia did not survive her injuries, whilst her child was taken to hospital by bystanders and is reported to be in a stable condition.

The truck driver remained at the scene of the accident and was taken to the police station to give a statement.

To be fair, that huge, bright red truck was probably pretty hard to see.

She must have been blind and deaf or maybe felt entitled to the road where people would stop and, or, move over for her stupid ass. She had every opportunity to stop at that corner before pulling directly into his blind spot and a perfect type of scenario for her own death.

No one to blame except her. She didnt stop at the corner but pulled out into his blind spot.
