In Moscow, a young man jumped from the 12th floor after breaking up with his girlfriend. It turned out that the girl decided to end her arelationship with her boyfriend, but he couldn't accept it. Today, he got drunk in his apartment and decided to jump out the window. A man entering the building witnessed the scene. |

Given the look of where he lived, I'd say the breakup was the tip of the iceberg; the straw that broke the camel's back. In many parts of Russia, people have f*ck all to survive on, and a lot of places turn into an ice cube in colder months (hence the bundled apartments for the sake of heating, and other things they have to deal with).  |
