Re: Morsi's Supporter Shot by Egyptian Army
I will admit I have a hard time feeling sorry for anyone that meets that fate. If three entire world knows what a risky situation they are putting themselves in, they sure as hell must know. That's what "willing to die" looks like. |

Re: Morsi's Supporter Shot by Egyptian Army
I don't see any evidence that the shot was fired from the army car... The "plume" looks more like the shadow of one of the running men. Also listning to the crowd's sound: Wouldn't the shot itself sound more far away and with reverbs? I'm no expert in this but the shot sounds like being fired from a position next to the camera. .... Erm... I watched the video again and the camera man or a man next to the camera man says something unintelligible and then he says pretty clearly: "Shot [sic!] him dead!". This means to me that the shot was definitely not fired from the car but from the roof/vantage point where the camera man and his accomplice are. My theory: The camera man and his accomplice, the shooter, are islamistic terrorists that infiltrated Egypt coming from other Jihadists countries like Uzbekistan, Chechnya, Pakistan a.s.o The don't speak the same language/dialect, maybe one of them is from Europe. That's why they talk English. They waited for the army car to wage their terrorist attack and to let it look like as if the shot was fired from the army car. This all to incite hate and fundamentalism in the Egypt people. All that said I think that Egypt is actually a pretty civilised country. I recently read a newspaper article about the revolting youth in Egypt and how complex the different democratic currents are. They really have big problems over there when the fundamentalists gain ground. There are lots of smart people and democrats to behead--- |
