It's just like quartering a chicken. You can use a cleaver to chop through the spine but getting the breast bone in the center can sometimes be a pain.

I especially like how they think a beating heart makes a "poop" sound.

They actually had a sharp blade for once... at least one that could do some cutting... Once they cut that part of the c-spine the screaming stopped and he went limp... Dude was lucky they didnt hack him to death

This guy definitely knew what he was doing. He knew exactly where to cut so that he could slice his way through instead of having to hack or saw. He also knew where the fascial planes were so he could separate the layers. Definitely not his first rodeo.
