He is saying all the time that the kid will make it alive, that he is just a informer and he doesn't have anything with the war between gangs... Even talks about his friends and family that has some connection with him. Next cut, the guy has an knife in the kid's throat.  |

I think the kid looked high on something. He looked scared, perhaps manic, but his eyes say that he has a rush of endorphins and serotonin from being high on whatever it was.. He was probably scared for his life, but then his "trip" suddenly gave him a sense of glimmer after the guy told him he was going to get out alive, and then this happens... I can't imagine how much of a mind fuck that would be and what was going through his mind during those last moments. That vile perpetrator should be tortured and executed.
