Incidentally, there's an older vid on this site of which portrays a skateboarder in front of a convenience store taking multiple hits whilst still advancing upon the officer! The officer's partner fires a shot which just misses the teens head, but whizzes through his hair! I mention this last bit for reference, etc. I believe it may have been California, as well...

This was about 2 miles from where I live. Awesome the video was available, but the guy narrating is a fucking dick-head psychopath. Laytonsville, MD is a super rich little town, where stuff like this never happens ... until now.

Dude was probably high on Fentanyl. Fentanyl makes you crazy like that and a person high on Fentanyl is very hard to subdue so I am not surprised he took so many rounds before hitting the grown. His heart was racing so fast pumping blood it was hard for the blood to leave the ruptured arteries into his body giving him a few more seconds of strength. The family will probably try to sue the deputy.
