Mom Dies when She and Her Daughter Get Buried Under a Collapsed Wall
A deadly accident, caused by the heavy rains that hit the interior of São Paulo, killed a 55-year-old woman leaving her buried and left her daughter, 26, seriously injured. The victims were walking along the sidewalk in the city center when the wall collapsed. The two ended up buried by the wreckage of the wall on Wednesday afternoon (18). The Civil Defense estimate is that it rained 70 millimeters in 45 minutes.  The Fire Department was called and found A. S. S. without vital signs at the collapse site. A.d.S.S was taken in serious condition to the Hospital with multiple trauma. The pieces of bricks and concrete also hit a car parked in front of the site. As informed by the Civil Defense of São Paulo, the rest of the structure was evaluated and does not offer risks. |

I always tell people that cloth masks won't do them any good—but they never listen, do they? Always wear an N95 mask, underneath a Kevlar motorcycle helmet. Had they done that—instead of donning cloth masks—the asbestos particles inside that maleficent wall would never have conspired to harm them so grievously. |
