yes, probably very true in many 3rd world type countries, if you offer assistance to someone who is injured, the blame will be placed on your shoulders and you will be sued for everything you have - and most probably receive some mob justice too hence, why in so many of the poorer asian countries, they just take photos, video and watch instead of offering assistance. helping is considered an admission of guilt |
