Mob Sets Fire To Registry Office; Woman Incinerated
In Gamarra, in Colombia's Cesar Department, a mob set fire to the local registry office, after a candidate in a regional election was disqualified by the National Electoral Council. One of the officials in the building - D.A.C. - attempted to take refuge in the bathroom, but ended up dying in the conflagration. D., who had worked at the Registry as an administrative assistant since 2018, was a single mother of two children, aged 13 and 7. |

I doubt they even knew she was still in there…  I wish she hadn’t chosen to hide.Her poor children, 7 and 14… She was just doing her job and was murdered. I hope they at least have family to go to. I can’t believe how little was left of her body!!! She was WAY past well done!  |

We’re always talk about the people who just stand around holding their phones up recording video when an emergency is going down. Here we have an actual police officer with at least one gun on his hip just holding up his camera recording the chaos instead of doing something productive.  |
