A vile group of lawless barbarians .the new Dark Ages . All good to see this from a video but if it were to be happening at your front door . The mind set of one that can liquify another humans head with a bike helmet . It's an interesting phenomenon that has many moving part . It's proof that education and training matters ,Socioeconomics are at play . If you live and breath in a shit hole , you act accordingly . |

Those helmets are pretty brutal. I've seen a lot of beating involving them. This thief got a little action from a motorcycle helmet before police arrived.
