The body was identified and is of U.S, 30 years old from Mardan’s Katlang area but resident of i9-1, Islamabad. After the initial investigation, the authorities state that it appears to be a suicide case as there’s no signs of struggle or any blunt force trauma. The federal capital's police said Monday that the person whose body was found hanging from a bridge in the federal capital was “mentally ill”. The police said that O. resided with his parents in a slum locality of Sector I-91. He took his life after arguing with the family members, the sources added. O’s father B. told the police that said his son was suffering from a mental illness. The body was sent to PIMS hospital for post-mortem as many suspected this could be an act of murder as well.  · |
