I posted my original opinion with the original post almost a week ago. I have been watching things develope just as you have. I have changed my mind since that post. I think the officer had (at least) an unconscious bias, if not an outright dislike for the black population, and that led him to disregard the pleas from George and the onlookers around him. So yes I now think there are elements of hate and racism that led to George Floyd's death...

You will find that I:
1. Am often wrong (I am not Omniscient)
2. Don't mind saying I was wrong
3. Read other's post with an open mind
4. Change my mind based on the evidence in front of me

There are opportunistic assholes in those protests (I would say looters fit this mold mostly), however the burning of the 3rd Precinct, altercations with police, the targeted destruction... I think part of that is frustration. I mean, think about how long this minority has been told to play along. Play by the rules of the majority.


Martin Lurther King Jr tried to use and preach peace and he was murdered. Still, Americans supporting the civil rights movement drove on. Then Rodney King happened and America protested again, this time the LA Riots burn the city. Now, almost 30 years later we are still seeing the same shit.


Peace didn't seem to bring us together, protests and riots didn't do anything if you look at the last 3 decades. Cities all over the country are protesting on the edge of rioting because it has been 30 years and nothing has changed...there's no way out...

Whether or not Chauvin treated the Floyd the way that he did because Floyd was black is worth considering, but it doesn't have to be a factor for Chauvin to be fucked. What he did was way the fuck out of line according to every rule in the book. If it turns out that he is racist, and that can be demonstrated in court, then he's even MORE fucked.

The Feds are likely gonna investigate and charge this dude with violating Floyd's civil rights regardless of how he's handled at the state level and regardless of whether or not a racial motivation can be demonstrated, and it'll likely be a slam-dunk case. But if racism is shown to be a factor, the Feds will likely nail him to the wall.

Also remember that Chauvin and Thao were both caught on video reacting to Floyd's obvious distress with extreme indifference at the very least. It could be convincingly argued that Chauvin's body language, facial expressions, and the way he increases pressure on Floyd's neck in response to his distress and implorations from the crowd also exhibit malice on his part. Those are the kind of factors that can turn murder charges into capital crimes. That likely won't be the case here since manslaughter is about the best they'll be able to prove, but it could lead to them serving consecutive sentences rather than concurrent ones, especially if they're tried and convicted at both the state and Federal levels.

People, do not let yourselves get emotionally invested into this act we see. Look at social media, its flooded now with individuals emotionally invested to the highest intensity. People are flooded with anger and rage, and once again, a deliberated act has caused this. Everything most likely has been orchestrated, by none other than the zionist elite. They have complete control over millions of people, and the evidence is right in front of us. They have created once again a "race war" where its civilian soldiers make it possible for their mission to be accomplished.
