A drunk driver ran over four high school students with her truck, one died and the others were injured. The students were waiting for transportation to attend classes at State Secondary School when the accident occurred. At the time of the events there were other students along with the victims, but they managed to avoid the impact. The student, U.R. who died was left under the truck that hit him, so it was necessary to lift the unit with a machine to remove the body. K. Y. C. B appeared before a judge, so that they will formulate the corresponding charges being indications that she is the person responsible for the crimes of homicide and injuries, both in reckless modality with aggravated penalty.  · |
