According to reports, the drivers helmet came off.. probably wasn't secured. I would bet he knocked his head off the roll bar, and was knocked out cold. This has happened once before in the early 90's where the driver came off the cars with a bad bounce and knocked himself silly. I could go into loads of detail as to who was to blame for this accident.. but common sense was to blame on ALL parties involved.
