Oh im sure he felt it. The brain isn't fully dead until its gone several minutes without oxygen. Thing is. The brain doesn't have any nerve endings so I guess the only pain he would feel would be the entry site. Honestly I don't know but I don't believe that saying " they died so fast they didn't feel a thing" You so do. |

Wouldnt have felt a thing. In the split second that it takes the nerves to register pain he was already dead. When the brain suffers massive trauma like that it just shuts down. In this case it was destroyed by the bullet... so he died instantly.
