its basically a war down there right now between the government and drug dealers. this isn't Philly cops against Bloods but at times it can seem like a military conflict. he was caught in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I really enjoy visiting this site, ( thank you Chris ! ) these violents pictures always remind me how lucky my family and I are lucky to be alive.  However I don't understand some comments like "how sweet another cop". Don't get it.  |
