Mexican Cartel Dismember Dead Rival, and Hang Remains Off Bridge

Human remains hanging from a pedestrian bridge were located this Wednesday morning, in front of Ciudad Universitaria de la UAEMex, in the municipality of Toluca, State of Mexico.

A second discovery of human remains was reported the same morning, very close to the place where the hanging human body was seen.

The man had been killed by sicarios of the La Familia Michoacana cartel, who released a video showing them dismembering his corpse with short machetes. While filming, the sicario says:

The purge has begun, you sons of bitches in Metepec. We’re coming after you Chava. We’re coming after your ass, you son of a bitch. We’re going to find you wherever it is that you decide to hide, you son of a fucking bitch. We are real hitters, the absolute mob of Commander Pecha. The municipalities of Metepec, SanMateo, and Chapultepec belong to Commander Pecha, you sons of bitches. The purge has begun, you sons of bitches.

We have nothing against you and we are aware that you enjoy police protection. We came for your son, Blah Blah Paulin (fucking hate pretentiously long Mexican names) for being a traitor, a murderer, a kidnapper, and an extortionist (not to be confused with contortionist, which would be a little hard to do without limbs).
