Actually rodeo bulls are taken better care of than most of us humans. Especially one with a reputation of killing a rider. At least that's how it used to be. If it's still like that the bull will have mucho respect after that and be more feared.

The bull seemed to know exactly what it was doing: first, smash the guy into the metal fence to disable/disorient him; second, bash his head into the ground several times until he falls off; finally, gore him to finish the job. When Bully was done, no need to send for anybody but the mortuary crew.
