You don't know shit about México, cartels have training, they are ex-military and some of them were trained by some U.S soldiers. The CIA has always been behind the this operations, who do you think gives powerful weapons to the cartels? Even sadder the fact that you government wants the drugs to keep your population under control with "antidepressants" and drus in the streets.
