I'm actually guessing a brain aneurysm myself. They will drop you dead like a stone in no seconds flat. The way he scratched his head for a second before dropping kinda tells me that too. Either that or those two women just plain ole bored him to death. Scratches his head wondering what the fuck they've been talking about for the last hour and a half and just said to himself fuck it, and decided to drop out of the conversation. I love how everyone came running to help... errr I mean, STARE.
