Kharkiv,Ukraine - This morning (sept 1013) in the center of Kharkov - in the street Academic Lyapunov (not far from Lenin Prospect) unidentified man climbed onto the roof of the 9-etazhki and started shooting, then tossed explosives, and committed suicide by shooting himself and falling from the roof of the building.

According to the "City Watch", an eyewitness said that at 9.40 am on the street Academic Lyapunov several explosions.

From the roof of the house number 11 on the Lyapunov unidentified man out of something homemade first shot the parking lot, then threw several explosive devices. Then shot himself and fell down. Splinters flew in the window tenants.

No one is hurt. According to preliminary reports, 83-year-old man suffering from a mental disorder. The investigation is ongoing.
