The hood of the truck is resting half way into the car. It appears everyones head bounced off the truck, maybe each others heads too.

What I find hard to believe is the huge flesh wound on the right leg of the passenger seat guy. I guess the truck hit him so hard it pushed his leg THRU the passenger side door, Gives you an idea of the G forces involved and why everyone could be dead.
