Vietnam. 11/22/2021. During the construction of a light pole, suddenly the concrete pole touched the medium voltage power line, causing an electric discharge, causing 1 death, 2 injured. The police of Ben Tre province and functional agencies are investigating and clarifying the electric shock incident that killed 1 person and injured 2 people. Before that, around 2:30 p.m. on November 21, Mr. N. V. N. (34 years old, living in Tan Phu Tay commune, Mo Cay Bac district, Ben Tre province), driver of Duy Hung Urban Construction Co., Ltd. was driving a car. Crane 63C-169.22 construction and installation of light poles on Highway 57B, section of Hoa Long hamlet, Giao Long commune, Chau Thanh district. When the concrete pillar was hoisted, the driver of Ngan let the concrete pillar collide with the medium voltage power line causing a loud explosion and electric shock, causing the driver to die on the spot. At this time, two men standing on the ground supporting the construction of concrete pillars were also electrocuted and fainted at the scene, were taken to the hospital for emergency, their health is stable. |

The men in that video include all 3 men, the "driver" of the crane is just ahead of the two guys with the pole, you see him fall dead. So... wHAT, huh??

That was not the Concrete Bollard. It was the Crane that made a electric connection.
