It is bad enough watching it, but to actually do it, you have to be a pretty sick, sadistic and mentally deranged piece of work. It looks like they are familiar, and comfortable, doing these atrocities, I'd bet it isn't the first time.

It is not so many years since 800,000 Rwandans were slaughtered in a 100 day long bloodbath, while the world stood by and watched, and did nothing. Looks like some of them still like doing that sort of thing.
