So were they suppose to take the chance of them running over more cops ? They were suppose to use lethal force until 3-5 cops were dead ?... a car is a 3k lb weapon and clearly she wasn’t afraid to use it

I'm not sure why you're so hung up on that point, as I mentioned above you can't turn the engine off if the vehicle is in gear. she'd have to have it in park.
