Yeah, that shit sucks. He had his hands up before she even threw it in reverse, and kept them up the entire time she was wheeling it around in reverse, and I assume ducked down as far as possible when she threw it back into drive because he could guess what was gonna happen.. it's a bummer.

The black guy didn't try to reach over to turn the ignition off because the cop would instantly become "afraid for his life" and shoot him so he didn't "reach for a gun". Once a cop is pointing a gun at you the only option to survive is lift your hands up AND DON'T MOVE, he did that but the cop give no shit about him even though he had surrendered. |
