Anyway, I agree with part of your opinion. I think it’s great when we don’t need to support people like this in prison for the rest of their days. Think instant death penalty without the significant cost. Besides, as you had so eloquently stated previously, I’ve got no sympathy for people who car jack old ladies!

But I don’t think that the cop who got run over did anything wrong except he was in the wrong place at the wrong time when she decided to keep driving! Freak accident really... His right foot was caught between the car tire and the curb. I would bet that he had skin and muscle ripped from the calf of that leg when she drove over him! And the way he twisted when falling as she drove was sure to have broken his tibia and fibula as well as foot and ankle bones... It wasn’t clean. At all.

I agree that given the circumstances the shooting was justified, but to me it's clear the driver especially was woefully unaware or just in denial that they'd open fire on them, and there's no way to determine whether the passenger wanted any part of the situation (particularly the conclusion) at all. Man I've been looking for this video. The news around here only shows bits and clips of it to make the suspects look innocent. This case is causing a big ass stink around here and now the officers involved will be put back on duty and no charges filed against them

PIGS don't give a fu*k, if the car was full of babies and the driver ran over one of them they'd shoot the car full of holes until everyone inside was dead and called it "justified".
