A meat vendor, identified as 30-year-old Edward C., was shot and killed inside a public market in Masbate City, Philippines. Another victim was wounded and taken to hospital.

I bet that’s not even a health code violation over there. And is that raw meat sitting out at room temperature, which is probably at least 90 degrees?

They sell meat in Cuba the same way, I bet anyone on here eating that stuff will spend a week locked inside the W.C. or even worse at the E.R.  |
