I have some Cuban friends who travel to Haiti regularly to buy stuff they can't get in Cuba. They were there recently and said it is a fucking madhouse, anarchy on the streets and on the brink of total societal collapse. They are switching to Mexico now to do trade because it's safer. Apparently it's like Disneyland in comparison to this shit.
