Re: McDonalds Security Guard Murder
This country is so FUCKED UP. What incentive does a security guard have to go through the training and licensing to become a security guard, just to end up being charged with murder for DOING HIS JOB?!?!? Fuck this corrupt legal system.

Re: McDonalds Security Guard Murder
Looks like the victim was turning to walk away when the security guard nailed him again with the baton, which legally, might be why self defense didn't explain that part. Not sure, though.

Re: McDonalds Security Guard Murder
The minute you saw him swing that baton like a limp noodle and do absolutely 0 damage to that guys arm, you knew he was going to resort to the gun. They keep hiring 'security guards' that couldn't secure a briefcase. The only thing this one has been securing is the locks on his car doors while he chokes down his eleventh happy meal of the day.

Re: McDonalds Security Guard Murder
Security guards are there to lower insurance costs, and do not get paid enough to pick fights or kill people. Juice ain't worth the squeeze. been there done that. |

Re: McDonalds Security Guard Murder
Got to be the blow from behind, he could have stopped and waited for help to arrive, thats probably the point at which it becomes murder. I would have been totally on the guards side for everything else but that. Maybe he'll take a plea deal, 20 to life. Out when hes 85. I love America and its fucked up sentencing laws. And now they have Trump. Awesome. |

Ah. No he’s not. That’s not how that works. Not a lawyer or anything but not stupid either. |

Re: McDonalds Security Guard Murder
You know your life is in the shitter when you're working security at a McDonald's. Ol' Francois should have ended his pitiful existence, and eaten a bullet right after he shot the bum.

Re: McDonalds Security Guard Murder
He screwed up hitting him with the baton. He wanted to get back at him. That was an unjustified use of force that escalated the encounter. In a state like Texas he could have possibly walked from this, but since this is the leftist shithole of Maryland he will undoubtedly spend the rest of his life in prison without the possibility of parole. Great job, dindu. Leave it to the cops next time. McDonald’s Corporation thank you for sacrificing your freedom to defend their ultra-processed cheap shit goyslop from a homeless man sitting in a seat. |
