Because he foreman helped him and saved his life before he himself was electrocuted...looked like he did try saving him but was dancing too from shock (pun?).

Why was that one guy celebrating, clapping his hands and dancing around, then beating the poor dude with a 2x4 before going back to dancing and trying to get other people in on the celebration?
