The gun has a lot of recoil, which is not diffused by the weapon. The weapons made in most allied countries, have a better anti-recoil system, so it's easier to hit a target with it. When a gun has too much recoil, it makes the gun point away from it's target, so it's better to just spray the target with bullets.
