You have to have a ticket to get in to the official site for crowd control. There you would have access to water and cooling tents. These people seem to be outside the area and would only have access to what they could buy or bring with them

The only reason the Middle East is a shit hole is because the Western world has enabled their backwards AF religion because of their oil. Considering how much the US touts Freedom and Democracy for China and Russia, it's not entirely lost on anyone that the Saudis seem to get a free pass on public beheadings, assassinations, treating women as cattle, and indoctrinating religious fundamentalism. |
