Re: Many Dead and Wounded After Bombing of a Bakery

I hope they use their chemical weapons soon. Should make for some great stuff on DR.
Uhmm, a bit shaken here... I got paid a visit by the FBI this morning. Two field agents, parked outside my house waiting for me to go to work today.

They approached me and asked me some vague questions about whether or not I'd recently made any comments that might be construed as a threat.

Seriously bizzare. The only thing I can think of is this remark I made yesterday about the fucked up shithole otherwise known as Syria.

I can`t wait until they tote around Bashar Assad`s head through Damascus, but before beheading, they must poke his eyes out, take a plyers and twists his nose off, knock out all his teeth with a hammer, then rip off his ears with a plyers, then pour rubbing alcohol on his head, see how much that fucker screams.

^ Not sure whether that guy's just fucking around or what but that aside I'd say it's fairly safe to assume that certain authorities would monitor high profile sites such as this considering the content & the omg wtf flippant comments made here by many members.

I'm not a tinfoil hat wearing irrational paranoid nutcase either but it's naive to think there isn't 'watch lists' & I'd also assume that if such an authority wanted to track the address of where a particular message originated it'd be well within their capabilities to do so.

just saying...

Re: Many Dead and Wounded After Bombing of a Bakery

i am a bit lost. there is someone yelling "allah akbar" (god is great). i am assuming it is the camera man. is he saying god is great because he is on the side of whoever bombed the bakery and so it is a victory? and no one on the attacked side is confronting him about it? or is he on the side that was bombed and saying "allah akbar" because... well i don't know why. free croissants perhaps?
It is believed by many and preached by some that saying "god is great" as people die forewarns god/allah and the his arms/the gates of heaven are opened to receive the newly departed.
It actually has no sinister meaning and when used on say an IED video they are actually asking for god/allah to open his arms to those who are dying regardless of what side they are on......
But like all things it gets twisted and warped into whatever people want it to mean.

There is no such thing as freedom, nor is there a thing called freedom of speech, you are allowed to speak freely as long as it is in line with the governing body of the country you are in.
We are not fooling anyone by pretending otherwise. If you come to a site like this be prepared to be on at least 2 or 3 lists within your governments security services. I joined knowing and accepting and whilst it won't stop me saying what I saw and did whilst on active duty, there are boundries I know are unsafe to cross and I try to stay well within them. As in, no naming of individuals (on either side) no place names or dates, blending/blurring "details" so as not to make them instantly identifiable by internet searches (as in a 10 vehicle convoy becomes 4 or 20, 1 vehicle hit when it was 2 or the other way round, its better to be safe than sorry and these where the guidelines given to me by a person I trust.

People deserve to know the truth, but how do they know its the truth unless they where there and actually paying attention?

Play it safe, be careful what you say, never text anyone with the word terrorist, infidels, allah, and bomb(s/ing) or poison, gas, explosion as every single text that is sent throughout the world is monitored by at least 1 or 2 agencies and they have computerised systems that look for the common words or buzz words. If you where to text say, The car is loaded, all is in hand we will set off or be there at 11am as planned....be prepared for a phone tap, credit denial, gun licence refusal or removal.....it happens, don't believe me? go on try.... on second thoughts don't try it, you don't have to believe me after all thats what freedom of choice is about...whoops we dont have that, otherwise you would be able to travel anywhere within our countries borders we would be allowed to visit whichever countries we wished to without asking our governments approval to do so (when you apply for a visa the country your travelling to also asks your country if they are happy for you to travel there....so a refusal to visit say an area of the Phillipines may have nothing to do with their visa office but everything to do with your own countries anti terror agency who believes you may come into contact with "undesirables" hmmmm I would rather share rice with a Phillipino farmer than haute cuisine with most of my countries politicians, I would be fairly certain the farmer wanted nothing more than me to have eaten and think well of him, his family, village and country...how many politicians do you know who would see you walking down the road, around the time his wife (or house servant) was preparing the evening meal and would cross the road say hello, your not from around here have you eaten? there are no food establishments around here please, please come with me and eat with me and my family, and when you got to the house you would be welcomed by nothing but smiles and good simple food with as much as you want as they will go hungry to ensure you don't and then as darkness falls them turn to you and say its not safe out at night please stay here, in this bed as he and his spouse sleep on the floor..... think about it who should we smile at and open our minds to?

OK time for me to get off the soap box my time has run out and the next person is ushering me off, as he is eager to talk about the importance in the changing of color/colour of dog feaces from the 1970's to today....why was it white and crumbly back then and brown smelly and squidgy now? If you want to know why, hang around because he is about to explain all byeeeeee....... Hello my name is Bwian and i am here to explwain why dog doo haths changed colorshh over the decades....hello..hello..hello hmm wheres everyone gone...

The term "Allah akbar" is also used when people, not enemies, are dead. Murdered or otherwise. It is just a form of recognition that death and suffering has occured. It got mis labeled a term of "death to the enemy" by the Taliban vids and our failure to understand that they say it in recocnition of a death. Muslim or not.
