Re: Manila Train Mutilation, The Man is Still Alive
Fucking hell, how in the world is his still alive in a country full of monkeys who have never heard of a tourniquet? The Femoral arteries are cut but he's not bleeding to death why? did the train wheels passing over him fuse them shut as they severed his limbs? |

Re: Manila Train Mutilation, The Man is Still Alive
would you guys believe statistics says only 5% of the Police force in the philippines actually knows how to do simple medical remedies or assistance. like First aid or CPR? the rest are nothing. and there's also about 5-10% of the civilian population that actually knows how to give first aid? First aid courses are taken optionally. not mandatory to school lessons here.

and those people are squatter's living along the rail road tracks. not many of those are educated above high school level. the people that handled the victim are some of those lazybones who just hangs out along the streets and drink themselves to death. and on incidents like that, dont count on ambulances or police to come promptly. they need at least 10 hours to get to a crime ot accident area

Wow. Sheer indifference and incompetence on display! At 3:25 they are POSING FOR PHOTOS with this poor guy between them! Holding him up like a prop and smiling! Blatant disregard for life in the vast majority of these videos, just confirming my cynicism toward people.
