Re: Manila Train Mutilation, The Man is Still Alive
oh we have trained EMT's in manila. lots of them. actually we have a lot of excess that had to go to the states or europe to work their skills becuase there are too many of them for the few jobs available here. Problem is that area is a squatter's area. roads within will only fit a motorcycle with side cars, almost scraping the sides when they do. access for ambulances and firetrucks is impossible to get through. Not to mention the main road traffic congestion. You get in a fix like that, you have to wait almost a whole day to see an emt coming over. Those who lifted them are just local spot workers and relatives. no emt there. he will die of blood loss if you wait for them. |

Re: Manila Train Mutilation, The Man is Still Alive
Nice to see someone who does not just give ignorant remarks. So many people fro all over who gives a lot of remarks and assumptions about things they know nothing about. Im for the stuff that says, "if you know something, share it.... if you know nothing, stuff it and be silent."

Re: Manila Train Mutilation, The Man is Still Alive
He did not die. from what i heard, intended or accidentally, when they got him aboard the vehicle, they placed him upright and the stumps were squashed tight by the weight against the plastic leather seat and stemmed the blood flow.
