I mean, the point of a warning cone is to warn. If the cone is in the middle of the fucking street, it shouldn't matter. Maybe don't hit it. The whole point of those cones is to go around them or be cautious. The way I see it, they fucked up, not the cone or its placement.

~ As one can clearly see, the only reason the motorbike hit the warning cone is because of the large truck which took up space, so the motorbike couldn't prevent hitting the warning cone.
~ In addition, the warning cone serves no real obvious purpose, I suspect whoever put the warning cone there, knew that an accident would happen, since it seems to be so conveniently placed for the cctv camera to record.
~ Criminal charges should be filed.
