Man and Young Girl on Bike Hit Warning Cone Before Falling Under Truck Tyre
Colombia, A man, presumably the father, of a young teenage daughter riding pillion on their bike, hit a, badly placed, warning cone which resulted in the fall of the motorcycle. At that moment a truck passed and the teenage daughter's head was run over by the truck tyre so she died at the spot. The trucker stopped and helped the man.  |

Hmmm....pretty dark cone when compared to the others across the street. Sure, we're seeing the shaded side, but still no longer bright orange. And it was definitely farther into the road than it should have been. Although...

As HYPRPECKER would say... ~The driver of the car that was double parked with the red car moved the cone farther into the street ~That driver left quickly due to having a fight with his wife and forgot to move the cone back ~The cone was first there to block someone from parking at the boutique ~Free tire rotations across the street ~A person on the blue buss said, "oh my, that cone is too far out."  |

The cone was there to protect the parked cars from being hit rather than protect the road users. Also that man on blue motorcycle will lost his appetite that day. |
