Man + Woman Dead After Traffic Accident
On the afternoon of 14th February 2019 on the Yamasá - Villa Mella motorway in Santo Domingo Norte (Dominican Republic), a fatal traffic accident occurred. 60 year old S.W.D.R.C. + an unidentified woman were the victims. They were travelling on a motorbike when they collided with a minibus. The driver of the minibus, 27 year old A.A.S.M. who had lost control of his vehicle, has been arrested.

I'd presume the driver lost control due to vehicle failure of some kind, we know maintenance don't happen in them parts until something breaks or catastrophe so to me its a shit thing for him to be the one arrested as the true blame actually lays with the company that owns it. If it was speed and knobhead driving then yeah it be his fault but just on that damage I doubt excessive speed and instantly lean towards the breaking system

or crashed trying to avoid a retard on a motorbike.... who knows. seems like the bus driver always gets arrested too.
