The Technical-Scientific Police Department (DPTC) carried out an examination on the body and realized that the man was tortured. The victim had a broken right arm, and had marks of aggression made by an object, similar to the shape of a hammer, in the regions of the back and legs, in addition to a cut on the right thumb.
