Rollers yes, for wrought iron be my guess. Looks like the drivelines for the rollers are what got ahold of him. Looks like U joints at the part he went through is only reason I say that.

Reminds me of those old-timey wringer washing machine wringers. My grandmother had one. I would crank and she'd feed the clothes through. Ouchie. Looks like that first boot through made it without incident, unless there's still a foot in it.

It's "Ukraine". They are an independent nation since 1991. "The Ukraine" is how Russia called them.
