Everyone in that video talking Turkish, fire officers dress is the same we have here I wish I could see the plate of one of the vehicles. But Im sure that this place is Turkey.

It's something to me how most all of the jumpers don't actually jump, they fall. You're already jumping from pretty high up with the intention of killing yourself. Why would a few more feet scare you.
