Man Towing a Cart in the Street Gets Electrocuted, Woman Trying to Help Also
Mexico, M.N, an elderly woman and owner of a local business, observed when a homeless man, M. a.k.a the Mouse, 56, towing his cart with garbage in a flooded street, fell unconscious and died after being shocked upon reaching the intersection and did not notice a missing manhole cover of the wiring culvert of the Federal Electricity Commision which caused the entire sector to be electrified and fatal due to the water in the area due to heavy rains. In the woman's eagerness to help him she also entered the puddle of water, which caused her to receive an electric shock that deprived her of her life instantly. State agents and rescue personnel from the Secretariat arrived at the scene, however they could only verify that both did not have vital signs anymore. The street was cordoned off while police officers prevented the passage of citizens. The bodies were recovered by the Forensic Medical Service (SEMEFO). It transpired that "M" was hit by a car that same week and just one day earlier to his electrocuted death was released from a hospital. |

Very commendable. I have learned a new lesson today on behalf of the deceased. How this didn't happen to me or my family during hurricane Harvey, I may never know. It just never occurred to me that this was even a possibility. Now I won't complain about losing power next time I get caught in a flood.

Would you know that, in that specific spot there was electric current that could possibly kill you? No. and you sounded dumb on that comment.

....and just like that, Im in the mood for some cordon bleu I love that they say that an electrified puddle "deprived" her of her life, as if a body of water was acting with conscious intention |
