Happened in Mumbai, India in the Southeastern District of Charni Road. Why he was up on top of the train in the first place is lost on me.... natural selection at its finest!

I think the first video is already here. Not seen the second close up one though.  I've read on a different post that in India the trains get so full that some people climb up on the top to ride....
