OH man, here we go again. No, the type of ammo used for situations such as these call for the type of bullet that shatters once the bullet penetrates the skull and/or those don't travel very far. In other words, that bitch is not only dead but his brains are hamburger meat. Bullet technology has advanced far beyond your perception of a bullet, and are made for specific applications. For example, I was using Frangible ammo but that shit doesn't meet FBI testing for penetration, so you won't see cops using them either. What I mean is I have an intruder breaking into my home and begins shooting up the place and bullets are flying thru my walls. I can shoot back but the ammo, frangible bullets, won't penetrate thru wall, supposedly. Fuck that! My bullet of choice is the Raptor hollow point that's made for both hand gun and rifles. a Personal Home Defense (PHD) 45ACP 150 grain hollow point has 1.5" to 2" penetration, then 4 blades are engineered to shear off and radiate out in a star pattern greatly increasing trauma and stopping power. Cops aren't stupid and they actually do go thru some training. They're educated on how to handle many types of situations e.g. evaluating target background and what weapons and ammo to use. So get educated before you start writing some Troll happy superfluous bullshit post that makes you and your entire family look feckless.  |
