Seriously, these Brazilian pop-up shootings need their own section on Documenting Reality. You could design an entire game based on these things, like have people guess who the perpetrator is, who the victim is, at what time the gun comes out, whether people are gonna run or just sit there in shock; maybe play a little rimshot after the gunshot. These shootings aren't shocking anymore, they are camp.
