According to source this attempted murder happened on Friday. Man was shot in the face with possibly a 12 or a revolver.

I'll 2nd dat Etsu!

Was Shot By, You Guessed It! 12-Gauge Shotgun Shell-Pistol!

He Was Operated On By 5-Different Surgeons For 16-Hours!
Those look like .610/24ga. shells, not 12ga. 12's are fatter and the brass base usually extends much further up the cartridge. 24's are essentially varmint rounds. My step-brother had a full-size 24ga. shotgun that I like to shoot one-handed. The Judge series of revolvers can chamber .610, for example.

Nice little homemade zip gun, though. You can tell it wasn't the first one made by whoever made it.

you mean .410..... The Judge can take .45 long colt and .410 shotgun shells. Could see a .410 doing that damage though.

He probably will/could if the surgery goes well. Itll just be a while. Maybe a year Just guessing due to jaws being wired shut can take up to 6 months before they can eat solids again.
