Man Suffers Cardiovascular Arrest After Metro Security Guards Arrest Him
E. S. C. M, 38 years old, lost his life after a controversial approach by security agents of CCR Metro, in Brazil. The incident occurred on January 6, but came to the surface on Friday (19/1) with the release of a video on social media showing the man's immobilization. In the video, he is thrown to the ground by two security guards, suffering blows in his back and neck. The approach resulted in cardiovascular arrest, leading to his death. |

Looks like they were hauling him off. But it also looked to me like the guy was on drugs and spazzing out. |

I don’t see the guy really fight back at all, certainly not once he’s put on the ground… But we didn’t see what happened before this to get him under control, either. I’m sure that was the part of this interaction that really impacted his fate. |

Brazilian police are some of the worst in the world. Not even twenty years ago, police would just execute "desperados" like if they were animals. Things hardly change in that country. |
